Julian was the repairman that came to help us. Within 10 minutes he had our collapsed garage door down so we could get a vehicle out of the garage. The spring coil on our garage door opener broke and the door would not function. After reviewing many companies on line we chose Precision. They came the next day, inspected the old door opener, presented many options and proceeded with our choice and new opener. 2 hours from beggining to completion. Zodiac was professional and had all the repair or replace items with him and cleaned up and hauled away the old opener. We couldn't be happier!

My garage door failed at 7pm. I called at 8pm, and the company had a tech out the next morning. Nathan. G. Was my tech he gave me a courtesy call 15 mins before arriving. Inspe tion took 15 mins. He provided me with his recommendations and various options, and cost of repair. Total repair took 90 minutes. Fast response, knowledgeable tech, finished work looks great and operates well. Im very happy with the results, and highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

I picked Precision because of your advertisement on TV. I called and a nice Lady, I believe her name was Bluie, answered, listen to my problem and set me up with an appointment. Replaced 3 springs - green powder coated high cycle springs 3 end bearing brackets (pair), & 4" rollers - 13 ball bearing polyurethane 4" stem (10 piece). Bryce Dias installed the before mention parks within one hour and explained the reasons for each part. Well done!

I called on Friday afternoon and dispatch was able to get me a Saturday morning appointment (next day!). Julian V was very professional, personable and thorough in evaluating our current garage door. He gave his recommendations and prioritized the problems. We had a faulty spring and old cheap plastic noisy rollers from the original installation, so he was able to replace all those for a reasonable price. The result is a much smoother and quieter operating door what doesn’t roll closed on its own. We also know that we will need to replace our opener in the Near future And we’ll know who to call.
