The motor to my garage door opener stopped working, so after looking at reviews online I decided to contact Precision. I am SO glad I did. Not only was I able to get an appointment scheduled the next morning, but the service technician, Nathan Gonzales, did a fantastic job on the installation of my new opener! During this year I have purchased a new garage door opener, had my garage door serviced and repaired, and finally today had a new garage door installed. We were fortunate to be able to have Julian for all three of these services. Julian is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly too. He explains everything and answers any question I asked. My door was supposed to be up by the end of the month. Now they are quoting mid december. Thats 5 months and counting. A company like this should not take your money if they can not guarantee service in a timely manner.

Put a down payment on a neew garage door on May 7, 2021 and still no door yet. I was told 4-6 weeks and it has been almost 3 months. No communication for the delay and no updates. Very discouraging. Others may want to check out other vendors and I'm just about to give up on this one.

My garage door install was done improperly and my door would not function. My seal and mouldings were not put on correctly and damaged. The seal was saved, but the trim/molding couldn’t be. My window mouldings never showed up and the door sealing mouldings were reordered almost three months ago and still no replacements and install is still incomplete. I was told many times sorry and that in approximately a month we can be back. I’ve called and left voicemail and no response. Definitely would not recommend!

The original person who came out was late the first day, the second day he called at 3:30 (was supposed to be at my home between 12:00 and 4:00) to say his guy with the motor at a flat tire and he needed to cancel and said he would be there first thing at 8:00 AM. The next morning I called the office and told the supervisor that his workman wasn't at my home yet and I would be going with another company. He asked for one more chance and he would lower the price from $978 for the motor to $875. I told him it wasn't about the money. He explained he wanted another chance. So I gave the company another chance. Big mistake. The next workman up sold me and said I needed new rollers. Anyway the total was $1239. I was charged $45 for the second remote. Plus, I asked for a hard copy mailed receipt sent to my address. That was on June 22, 2021. Now it is July 1st, 2021. No receipt. To make matters worse I sent three emails requesting a hard copy receipt for my records since I don't want and/or have a computer at my home. After I sent my 3rd email some person called and asked how was everything. I told her not good since she sent me another email receipt when I requested for the 3rd time a hard copy receipt. She said she had sent me a hard copy receipt just that morning. Wow, why didn't she tell me that in the email. In summary, products are overpriced, service is awful, follow-up requests are ignored and now you want me to send a review. Well if there was a negative 5 that would be my rating. The only good thing is the garage door is quieter. My motor was working just fine. My old remote was broken and the original workman said they have to replace the motor because my remote was outdated and not compatible to any motor.

We had our garage door break with our car inside..on a Sunday. I called Precision and was able to get a tech out that day(no extra charge). Julian V. got here on time, was courteous and efficient, and Btw it was 110* in the garage. He fixed it and it's better than new!. Very quiet too. Great job.

All was good. Fast service, professional technician. The only complaint is the cost, very pricey compared to other companies. Was charged $665.00 and when I checked with another company they rated me $169.89 for a new spring labor and part but my husband already gave the approval to Precision technician and already started his work.

I chose Precision Door Service because, I called several other places and they were kind of rude & seem they didn't care or weren't interested on the issues I was having with my Garage Door, then I called Precision Door services and the receptionist was very nice & professional, she also listen to my issues and sent the tech to fix my garage door the same day. When Nathan Gonzales arrive on the time expected to service (Fix) my broken garage door spring he was very polite & very knowledgeable, he explained to me everything in detail and he also showed me the reason why my Garage Door Broke and how I can prolong the life of my new installed spring, he also took the time to lube my whole Garage Door Springs, bearings and joints. Thanks a million Nathan Gonzales I'm truly a customer for life!

I chose Precision because I had a handy coupon that made it easy to call and get help...yesterday. This afternoon the work was done including a new garage opener and a refurbished garage door. It only took Julian two hours to finish at the 192 degree temperature in the garage. I highly recommend this company. (Precision). because they take care of your problems!
