Carlos Barragan, the tech that was sent to repair my garage door was exceptional in every way. He clearly explained what was wrong with the door and door opener and showed me what he had to offer as replacements for the defective and worn out parts in my garage door setup. He didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need and gave me multiple options to fit my budget. Carlos was super friendly, professional and courteous!
