Ivan showed up on time and was very professional. I was hoping with getting a regular service and new bottom seal along with reprograming 2 new remotes would have me all up to date. Unfortunately my opener was over 20 years old and Ivan was not able to get the new remotes to sync. My other option was getting a new opener and Ivan had one on his truck. Even though it was late in the evening he said it would be no problem and had it installed in a little over an hour with new programed remote. Now my wife can enter the garage without getting out of the car. I would definitely recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

Li Perez was most helpful. He explained the various options to make my garage door work more smoothly and quietly along with the associated costs. Ultimately, I opted for a new LiftMaster motor. Garage door broke trapping both cars inside the garage and I immediately contacted Precision Garage Door for help. Lewis took my call and was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He was able to arrange for a same day appointment. Received an email confirming appointment with technicians name photo and expected time of arrival. Lisandro “Li” arrived earlier than expected which was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He accessed the situation and advised me on what he found. Replaced the springs and rollers and got my garage door up and rolling again within an hour.
