    Our 13 year old Genie opener finally gave up. We called and had Ivan at our home the next day. Since our opener was the original builder grade device, we discussed several options of replacing for a newer style. After getting several quotes, we picked the PDS Synergy 370. Ivan took down the old equipment and had the new opener installed within a few hours. We also decided to replace all of the old rollers for new ball bearing rollers. The new opener is so quiet. You cannot hear it opening or closing. Ivan was great and would recommend him without question. Great service and quality replacement.
