This garage door was here when we initially bought our home over 10 years ago, so at some point we knew it would be at ANY MOMENT we would hear the BIG DROP!!! I researched several customer reviews of various companies, and I came across Precision. My husband and I have seen their television commercials for years. I love the website in regard to their staff, so you get to see the "beautiful diversity" of their staff, which is very important to us. I called and spoke with Ms. Gwen to make an appointment for a free estimate. She was very professional and personable. We asked for Mr. Raymond Foster, but another technician by the name of Mr. Chase Pedrini came out. Mr. Pedrini explained everything in detail about what we needed to move forward. He did not try to push a new door on us like the next company did and he did not try to just throw any cheap replacement but ensured us the need for a higher quality of equipment with a lifetime warranty. We scheduled him to come back the following morning. Mr. Pedrini went above and beyond by repairing our much-needed door. They are not cheap, but affordable. It's an investment for many years to come and we believe they value their reputation. I give reviews all the time and I do not have a problem telling the truth so that potential customers and clients will know before they spend their energy and money on these companies. It began late Saturday (13 Sept 2025) afternoon when I reached out with an urgent request—and to my surprise, Troy, the owner, personally responded. His quick coordination made it possible for Chase, the technician, to arrive the very next morning—on a Sunday—to complete the garage door installation. That kind of responsiveness, especially over a weekend, is rare and deserves recognition. Chase arrived and wasted no time getting to work. He maintained a clean and safe workspace, worked efficiently, and displayed exceptional craftsmanship. This wasn’t a standard install—the garage had non-conventional dimensions, requiring custom adjustments, fine-tuning of side rails, and even drilling into the cement slab to ensure precise alignment. Chase didn’t stop until every detail was perfected! Throughout the process, the correspondence, timeliness, and attention to detail from both Troy, Chase, and Raymond were top-notch.
