He arrived same day I called and on time to help me with the eye that got damaged for my garage door and to ensure access to my garage when there is power outage. Salvador provided several solutions at different cost points, which I appreciated. He installed a new automatic door system with battery backup; new eyes; replaced door spring and installed external keypad. His work was thorough and he ensured that everything works well. I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Doors, especially with Raymond as my technician. A few weeks ago, I called them because my garage door remote wasn’t working, and I couldn’t open the door from the exterior. The first technician they sent out was courteous and professional, but seemed inexperienced. After troubleshooting for over an hour and calling the manufacturer for instructions, they told me I’d either need to replace the entire garage door opener or install a new logic board. The suggestion to replace the entire motor or logic board felt like a costly and unnecessary solution, so I decided to call back for a second opinion. That’s when Raymond came out. Within FIVE minutes of arriving, he quickly diagnosed the issue and had the remotes paired and working! What took the other technician over an hour to unsuccessfully troubleshoot, Raymond handled in no time. I was beyond impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Praise to Brandon Brooks!!! He is my new go to guy! I struggled for a few years trying to find a good replacement for Jerry(my old go to guy) from the company. Brandon is a skilled technician, and if you are keen, you just know. Fixed ongoing issue quickly that was garage door bouncing back up. You gotta deal with a little trial and error because there are some techs that really could use more training and do more talking than actual solving.
