My garage door spring broke on a Saturday.I went to Precision's website . I scheduled the same day appointment online, the technician showed up a couple hours later and fixed my broken spring in 1 hour. I felt the price to fix my garage door was fair. Before I contacted Precision I called a couple of 24 hour garage door repair companies and the person on the phone would only give me vague answers. I felt that they were the type of companies that show up when you’re stuck and they would gouge you.

I had seen many of the Precision Garage Door commercials on television, so when our door "did not move", I went to their website. The operator scheduled a same day appointment for 12-2 and they appeared at 1 o'clock. Raymond Foster and his assistant, identified the problem, recommended a solution and pricing, and were done within an hour. Great job! We were back to normal with updated equipment and went about our day. The entire experience was effortless and very professional. Bravo to Precision, Raymond and crew!

Previous repair company was a joke and charged me for absolutely nothing. Didn’t fix the issue, charged me $175 dollars called the next day to tell them problem was not fixed basically told me to go fly a kite. Your company adjusted the alignment of the sensors, took him 5 minutes and charged me just the service fee. The tech put in different latches for the sensors. He was also very kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend your company and the tech to anyone.

Precision Garage Door in Sonoma is a great business! Raymond arrived on time and thoroughly checked out our 17-year-old operator that had been "ghosting" open and closed on its own. He correctly identified a bad circuit board and recommended replacing the unit. He gave us two options, explained the pros and cons and had the parts on-hand to do what we wanted. We now have a quiet, smooth-running garage door with a lifetime warranty on the motor and belt-drive (the parts that wear out most often) with plenty of very cool modern features (battery back-up, camera, Wi-Fi control, etc.) at a very attractive price. On-time, under-budget, superior performance!
