Couldn't have been happier with my experience with Precision Garage Door. Appointment was made in a very timely manner, the technician called, said he would be here in 30 minutes and arrived in 30 minutes. After some explanation it was determined that my 20 year old garage door needed to be replaced. He went over the various options, pricing, etc carefully and less than an hour later I had exactly what I wanted. Would recommend them to anyone.

Raymond is an expert and one of the best people I have worked with. He made sure that I knew everything about the job and advised me on a more long term solution than the short term one I was looking for. Raymond always has the customer’s best interest in mind and very good at what he does. 11/3/25 Update: If I could add another star I would!!! I called in due to my garage door not closing on first press and got an appointment the next day. When I got the call 25 mins before arriving, I was so happy to hear that Raymond was coming to help diagnose and fix the issue. As soon as Raymond came in, he already assured me he’ll find the problem and fix it and than the visit was under warranty so I wouldn’t be paying for anything. Raymond came in, assessed, and fixed the issues super quick (15-20mins). He realigned the sensors, tightened down a part of the track that he found a little loose (but not part of the problem) and greased all the wheels and joints. The door opened and closed w/o problems and was even quieter than before. Love it when companies stand by their work and when they have people like Raymond who make the whole experience that much better! Highly recommend!
