It was a very disappointing and exasperating experience. Precision DID NOT EXAPLAIN to us - BEFORE INSTALLATION DAY - that the chain rail of the NEW garage door opener would go across our access to the attic. As a result....we now have a NEW garage door, a NEW garage door opener, and an attic with things which HOPEFULLY we will be able to bring down through the smaller (a little over 1/2 of the original opening) opening.

Best service ever, after dealing with 3 garage doors service to no avail I called Precision and what do you know a real person answered right there I was impressed. Professional at all times , always on time stated. The installer Eric Lopez was so professional , we are senior people but he treated us with so much respect and he just gives full comfidence

I called Precision after dealing with a different company that I called to fix my garage door opener belt. The first company i called made my problem worse and ended up breaking my spring to the point i was no longer able to open or close my garage. Eric Stevens and Jose M from the Long Beach office came to my home at the timeframe I scheduled and fixed the problems the previous company had made. They were professional and worked in an efficient and timely matter as I was pressed for time. I will definitely call Precision for all of my Garage Door needs in the future.

Very impressed with the staff at Precision. From initial installation two months ago to a minor repair and adjustment that was done yesterday. The technicians and people who I have talked to on telephone are friendly and extremely professional. I called and asked for a technician to check my door at 9 am and Eddy arrived at approximately 1 pm. Could not have asked for better service.

Service was good but the door was to big, the handles are uneven, they install 16" rods instead of 30", door handles were wrong also. I am waiting now or someone to correct problem. Today is March 31, 2021.

Eddie was great! Inspected my door and all of the parts. Found a broken spring and worn rollers. He recommended new springs, rollers, cables and bottom seal/gasket. Salesman came out and was informative and nice. Quoted a decent price. Scheduler called and said they would be out on a certain date between 1 and 3. No call prior to the date of install. On the date of install I called an hour before arrival times. Ask them to give me an update as I hired someone to meet them since I was out of town on business. Service man called me and said he would be there at 3:30 and showed up at 3:45. Installation went smooth however debris from install was not cleaned up. Installers dented side of garage frame.
