Colton is a very solid/dependable guy and a true asset to this company. He came out and fixed an issue with the garage door on our new-to-us home. The issue was caused by a mistake from the initial installation and despite the warranty technically being held by the previous owners, he just straight up fixed everything without us having to pay for parts and labor since is was their mistake and should have been entirely preventable. Not only that, the repair was done on a very fast timeline, despite being around a holiday. This kind of service isn't super common anymore, and because of this, I can highly recommend using Precision Garage as you'll be in good hands.
