Great service

Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any service or repairs needs. As accidents tend to happen, our old two-car garage door was struck from within while backing out. Ouch ! Rails bent, pulleys brokeren, leaving the door open and hanging down. Precision GD was highly recommended by a family member who once had the same issue. (Must run in the family?) Was able to get an appointment for early next morning by scheduling online which also offered a nice discount for online scheduling. Service Technician, Devon, arrived on time and the best. Even received a pre-arrival text from him that included his picture and brief bio. (He likes hiking with his dog.) Devon was easy going and friendly yet very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain both the damage and repairs needed. He provided a range of repairs/costs from "operable" to "fully reconditioning" door. It was my choice - no pressure or fear tactics. Operable repairs was my choice with a few upgrades (new springs, cables and rollers). Repairs were done expertly and in just a couple hours. Costs to my surprise and pleasure came in slightly under quote to help meet my cost target. The old door is up and running again, smooth and quiet. This review is for the initial visit and estimate. Drew was prompt, knowledgeable, and a very pleasant person to work with. His evaluation was practical and honest. There was no high pressure selling or attempts to sell unnecessary upgrades. This is the kind of business I prefer to work with. In follow-up, the installation by Isaac and Adam was timely, professional, and superbly done. It only took these two less than 4 hours to install 2 doors and lifts. Everyone I have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. Great job!

I had a great experience with Devon when my garage door unexpectedly broke. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and had the whole repair done in just one day! It's such a relief to have it working again so quickly.
