Overall experience was good. Scheduled easily. No trip charge which is a great feature. Tech showed up on time with good communication. Tech was knowledgeable friendly and thorough. Explained all work and options. Preformed work quickly and neatly. My only disappointment is the price. Otherwise would have given 5- star rating. Researched prices before arrival and theirs are MUCH higher. I usually say you get what you pay for so…..overall recommend.

I live in Punta Gorda. I had an excellent experience with Precision. I called for service in the morning around 9 am. The dispatcher was friendly and I had a technician was at my home at around noon the same day. The technician Mark was friendly and he installed an energy-efficient, green DC-powered garage door opener and provided motor and door maintenance. I highly recommend Precision.
