I had three doors replaced at my home in Siesta Key by the most Hard working diligent focused young man named Orien. I have been in business for 40 years owning a manufacturing company that manufactures automatic car wash systems and automatic truck wash systems and have over 1800 installations nationwide. I know a good employee when I see one,, I’m not too generous on compliments, but this young guy definitely deserves the best kudos One can give to another keep up the good work

This was not our first time using Precision garage door. In fact we had such good experience with them in the past that we didn't think twice about using them for this most recent service call. When I initially called on a Wednesday afternoon, they gave us an appointment for Saturday. Later that afternoon I got a call about an opening for the very next day. Our technician was Joe Baker and I knew I was going to like him as soon as he stepped out of his van! He seemed very positive and happy to be of service! Also very friendly and easy going! He explained the options and I felt zero pressure whatsoever! He changed our garage door unit with ease and knowledge and also taught us how to use the new technology included. He also made an extra effort in order to make sure our car would link to the new unit. As well as finding available keychain size remote openers. My husband and I highly recommend this company and we think that Joe Baker is excellent at his job and should be highly valued as an employee!

On a Sunday Jeff of Precision came out to repair and sync up our remotes. He did a fabulous job.

Overall experience was good. Scheduled easily. No trip charge which is a great feature. Tech showed up on time with good communication. Tech was knowledgeable friendly and thorough. Explained all work and options. Preformed work quickly and neatly. My only disappointment is the price. Otherwise would have given 5- star rating. Researched prices before arrival and theirs are MUCH higher. I usually say you get what you pay for so…..overall recommend.
