The service techs were courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job installing the new garage door opener, and also assisted me in programming both cars to work with the new door opener. I’m very satisfied with their work. My dissatisfaction is with the price I paid. I thought I was been given a good deal with the military discount and other considerations but after conducting market research I realized I overpaid as I was charge over 100% of the opener cost to have it install and I only got 1 remote when it normally comes with two. Someone please call me to explain why I was charged so much, maybe I’m missing something.

You didnt get a 5 star because of the price. Otherwise a 5 star was warranted. The tech Daron was on time, very professional, took the time to answer all questions and provide knowledge of the subject. He is worth a 5 star rating.

My first time using Precision Door Service. I chose Precision mainly because they were able to schedule me on the same weekend that the issue occurred. Problem was noted on Saturday and they were able to come out on Sunday of the same weekend. The technician(Charlie Sherwood) was great. Travis called before he arrived to alert me that he was on his way. Once he arrived he greeted me with a smile and was very courteous. After surveying the broken garage door springs, he could see that one was broken in half. He proceeded to check out what needed to be done took time to explain to me what caused the problem. Then he advised me of the cost. I agreed for him to continue the work. He did an outstanding job...being alone, I thought that was pretty amazing. I'm a DIY guy myself and had looked at a U-tube video on how to repair garage door spring and knew right away this job was way over my head. Especially when you have to deal with making sure the tension was off and having to retorque the springs when done. that's why I choose to let the experience guys do what they do best. Thanks Travis for a job well done!!!

Had new springs installed on both garage doors. Our service technician Bob also pointed out broken rollers on both doors and a shredding cable on the main door. Bob was able to fix all the items during our service call. Very pleased with the end result. Bob was friendly, efficient and professional.
