Thank you for sending Lance C to install my garage door opener. I wanted the side mount opener, Lance C said it was a good choice and explained why it wouldn’t work at my house. Once I understood I wasn’t going to buy a side mount garage door opener, Lance C thoroughly educated me about other available options and I chose the Lift Master. Had issues with both my garage doors. One door does not close well. The other was bent at the bottom of the door & the threshold was out. It was also making a lot of noise during the opening/closing. Tyler arrived promptly on time. He did a quick assessment of the garage door. Within seconds, he fixed the sensor misalignment of one door. He gave me a quick quote on the other door. He also offered to replace the springs to reduce the annoying sounds of the doors. He had all the parts needed in his van. He did not at anytime upsell any of his services. As promised, within 1 hour, he had finished everything. Both the doors were fixed. The annoying loud door sounds while operating was also gone. I had him also add a key pad outside the garage. Tyler was very courteous and professional. He was very quick and efficient. I should have called the company sooner. I will definitely call the service again. Thank you Tyler!

The torsion spring needed to be adjusted after my old one was replaced by them two years ago. Also he lubricated all the rollers and bearings. Very happy.

On Sunday I placed an online repair request for a broken garage door spring and didn’t expect a call back until the following Tuesday. To my surprise, I received a return call within minutes with an appointment for next day repair (Labor Day). Tyler was very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced two garage door springs and a center bearing within his predicted time and looked over the other mechanical parts of the door (door was fully serviced with most mechanical parts replaced 5 years ago). Door was perfectly balanced and closes gentler than before. Thanks again for prompt and great service.

Another garage door company came out and found the problem but they didn't have the springs and wanted us to wait 1-2 weeks. I called PDS at 2pm and someone was here in a few hours the same day. The tech Jose Espinoza was wonderful. He found other things that needed attention and made suggestions on the ways to fix them. He was courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. good experience all around.
