Darren was so genuinely kind and helpful! He called and let me know exactly what time I could expect him to come by. There wasn't a way for him to repair the garage door, but gave me a quote for a new one and was able to get the garage door closed for safety. Before he left, he did everything he could to help and answer any questions I had. 12/10 would recommend.

We were very pleased with the procedure Precision Garage Door So Ga took to make us feel safe with the tech, Rey, who came to do the repair...sending an e-mail telling us his name before he arrived, then Rey sent us a text with a short bio of himself, along with his picture. My older moms garage door opener died yesterday. Precision had a tech: Darren arrive this morning. I really like how they emailed me his info / photo so she would feel secure having him in her house / garage. He showed me where the tension spring had broken and we discussed other issues on the older system. I asked for a get it operational and get it upgraded cost estimates . Darren did a good job of sorting the options with cost vs long term benefit. I decided on new motor, controls, springs , ect. He was polite and professional thru the entire process. I suspect there are less expensive outfits to do this work but I was impressed with the quality of the installation and the detail of Darren’s explanations concerning switchology, WiFi smart phone operation and the product / company warranty. I will recommend this company to any one needing garage door work.

We heard about Precision Garage Door through the Facebook app. The reviews we read were very good and caught our attention. We decided to call them and have them install a garage door for us. The estimate was a fair price and the installers were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their work. They cleaned up everything very well after the job was completed and even helped my husband get his boat back into the garage. Excellent courtesy service by both technicians. 30 year old garage doors with nonfunctional remote. They didn’t have a remote for these older doors but were able to fix the remote without replacing the whole system. Honest professional work. Thanks. We’ll definitely use Precision in the future.
