We had an issue after replacing our bottom garage door seal. We called in the morning and got an appointment that afternoon. Our service technician Mike F arrived on time and reset the opener. That took care of the problem.He also inspected everything and informed us on some other issues. Mike was fast, professional and courteous. The service was very good. I called on a Sunday and they were able to come out Tuesday, working within my schedule. The service tech (Drew) called before he came and was on time. He listened and allowed me to explain what had happened with our garage door. He kept me informed on what needed to be done during his process of evaluation. He was able to repair the problem with the equipment he had on his truck. He explained the problems and gave me the option on what to do. When the work was completed, he showed me what he did. Bottom line: my garage door works great. Drew was very professional and courteous. He did his job efficiently and I am very pleased. Monday night I was closing my garage door and when it closed there was a loud pop. The garage door spring had broke. I had found your company through a Google search and called because it said that your were open and taking calls until 11 pm. You were able to schedule a tech (Andrew S) to my house within 24 hours. Andrew called and asked if he could come a little early which was fine for me. I do appreciate the background text information that was provided about Andrew. When he arrived he was polite, wearing a mask, and wore shoe coverings everytime he stepped foot in my house even though it was only 5 steps to go from the garage to the front patio. Andrew inspected the garage door and all of the replaceable parts of the garage door and gave me multiple options. With the door being 16 years old and on its third spring it was going to need more than just a spring. Andrew took the time to show me the parts and explain what was bad on them. After everything was discussed the service call was to replace a broken spring and it turned into a replacement of the spring, pulleys, rollers, and barrings. The garage door is now functioning better than it has in years and because of the parts that were installed it came with a three year warranty from you. I will be happy to recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door service.

ON 3/4/19 After calling 2 other Garage Door Companies and getting hung up on 3 times, I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Services. I spoke with their representative at 1:45 (approximately) and by 3:00 they were in my garage giving me my estimate. NOW that is customer service. Kevin U. the tech was processional, prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about what was going on with my doors. I have low clearance doors and require special equipment to operate. However, between Kevin and his supervisor, they were able to come up with a plan to fix my issue and get my doors back into operation in a very timely fashion. Not only did he get my doors fixed, but he also educated me on how I can maintain my doors regularly, where to put the lubricant, and how much and when. He also showed me how to maintain the keypads, and change the batteries....NO I did not know there were batteries in them. These are things new homeowners need to know and some companies never show anyone.POGDS believes in educating their customers. This was valuable information to me, and I want to THANK the company and Kevin for this valuable education. I would highly recommend anyone to choose POGDS for their next garage door repair, replacement, or maintenance. My purchase was inclusive of springs, rollers, remote keypad, cables, repair of existing opener, and customization of new equipment to a low clearance door. WONDERFUL JOB KEVIN U!
