We've never had to have garage door repairs before now. Had no idea who to call but got ahold of Precision and they were a lifesaver. The lady I spoke to on the phone was professional, reassuring and answered all my questions. The technician, Scott, was amazing. He arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok), was polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. He inspected everything, explained what he saw and gave us different options on repairs. He helped us make a decision on what would work best for our situation and got to work. He was done quickly, cleaned up, showed us what he had done and fixed. Our door works perfectly now. We couldn't have asked for better service! Highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Scott - A+++

This company was amazing. I called at 12:30 pm and they came out to fix my garage at 1:45pm. The fastest company iv never worked with. Austin D did an amazing job fixing my garage. We had an issue after replacing our bottom garage door seal. We called in the morning and got an appointment that afternoon. Our service technician Mike F arrived on time and reset the opener. That took care of the problem.He also inspected everything and informed us on some other issues. Mike was fast, professional and courteous. The installer, his knowledge & his installation was absolutely excellent and he was here first thing the next day which was great because my car was trapped. But the up-charge for the parts and the labor charges were extremely expensive. Over $700 for 2 springs, long cross bar and wire spools for each side plus labor (he was here about an hour) is very hard to swallow. Especially on a fixed income. I will definitely shop around for better prices next time. Job should have been $400 tops!

I’ve been going through Precision Garage Door for several years since my home was built in 2015.
