The chat line was good and decided to call and make appointment. Pat showed up gave me all of details and explained my options. All went well, am as happy as I could be with a broken door spring.

Called Precision on Wednesday evening for a broken spring and they were out the next day. The tech was able to get here earlier than scheduled, which worked very well for us. Brock was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and did a thorough job at the work we needed done, and some we didn’t notice, but it was obvious parts needed replaced. We had seen television ads, researched online and saw the five star ratings and reviews and decided to call Precision. Thank you!

Kevin and Mike did a great job. They replaced the springs, rollers, tension bar, bearings and bottom seal. They offered different options on the level of repair and cleaned up nicely. Wasn't cheap, but top work.
