One of the cables on my garage door rusted and broke. I called Precision at 7:00pm and a tech rep was at my house the next day at 2:00pm! Blaque Kuchel was on-time, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the problems with my garage door and what was needed to fix it. I informed Blaque that I was also interested in replacing the chain operator with a belt drive garage door opener. Blaque presented me a quote for the repair and for a new belt drive operator. I authorized the repair and will definitely have Blaque back in the Spring to install a belt drive operator. I had a very nice conversation with Blaque as I watched him make the necessary repairs . We also discussed the improvements I would see with a new belt drive. I was very pleased with his work and I think he is a great representative for Precision Garage Door. Great job Blaque!

The experience with precision door was great. They showed on time, the technician explained what was going on and how long it would take. The only issue I have was I was charged $65.00 to lube 3 bearing which took less then a minute. If I would have known up front on how much this would have cost me I would have done it myself.

The company was extremely responsive when I had a sudden break in my overhead door spring, and they were able to give me several options for service the very next day. Blaque called before he arrived (ahead of the scheduled time - how rare is that!), and he was able to provide quotes with options on the spot. Once we decided how to proceed, he had the problem fixed quickly and professionally. Not only did he fix my overhead door, it works much better than it ever has.
