AJ was sent a text letting us know when to expect him. Right on time, with a friendly handshake and smile. He evaluated the situation of the overhead door and then proceeded to explain what needed to be fixed and other issues that were needing to be addressed. We accepted the repairs of all he expressed concerns with. I work for the local school and he gave us a 10%discount. All of this by the way took place on a Sunday. He did the work quick and effectively and let us know that it was under warranty for seven years. I will be referring him and the company to friends and family. Thank you so much.
