Our technician did a great job. He was super fast, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He gave us the options of what we could do and wasn’t pressuring me to choose the higher options, which can be such a turn off. He was a little later than the time window I chose but he did communicate that he would be a little later which wasn’t a big deal to me.

AJ was very professional when he replace my springs and cable. It only took him 30-40 minutes to complete the work. They got me an appointment with a technician in less than 24 hours. I felt $1000 was very expensive for some parts and less than an hour of labor. I would call them again if I needed them.

I was in a hurry to back out of my garage and foolishly backed into the garage door before it was all the way up. The door was stuck in place trapping my car in the garage. Thankfully the technician AJ was dispatched within a few hours of my call and he was able to repair the damage right away. I appreciated the timely service and that AJ had everything he needed on hand to fix the issue.

Clayton the technician was on time courteous and took the time to ask questions and concerns before he did the diagnosis. Came up with a solution quickly and gave us options on how to remedy the problem. Wonderful job will use again and recommend to others.
