AJ was sent a text letting us know when to expect him. Right on time, with a friendly handshake and smile. He evaluated the situation of the overhead door and then proceeded to explain what needed to be fixed and other issues that were needing to be addressed. We accepted the repairs of all he expressed concerns with. I work for the local school and he gave us a 10%discount. All of this by the way took place on a Sunday. This company does excellent work, and you get what you pay for. My broken garage door that used to screech like a dying animal, now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. The only downside or issue I had, was the time frame given to me, was more than twice the wait to get it installed and the end price was confused and had to be adjusted. Otherwise no real issues. I would definitely recommend this company for your garage door needs.
