Our technician did a great job. He was super fast, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He gave us the options of what we could do and wasn’t pressuring me to choose the higher options, which can be such a turn off. He was a little later than the time window I chose but he did communicate that he would be a little later which wasn’t a big deal to me.
