Normally I don't write reviews unless I am totally impressed or very much disappointed. With Precision, I was very pleased. They responded quickly on Sunday regarding my questions, had scheduled for Monday morning, tech called 15 minutes before arrival, performed inspection even though I knew the spring was broken. Provided details on what he saw during the inspection, sent quotes over via email for my review, and was able to approve everything while there and performed the necessary repairs. The quote(s) came in to what I was expecting and didn't try to upsell/pressure me on repairs that weren't needed right away. I would recommend them.
