Kept thinking I could repair a snapped spring myself, after multiple DIY videos I decided to call Precision and they were able to get Mike out to me the next day, had everything repaired in about an hour and had a few different price options (I’m rebuilding my whole garage in the next few years) and he made sure my garage door will make it through that time and even took the time to explain the height and width I should shoot for when I do my rebuild. Precision will 100% be getting my business for the new door install once construction is done.

Mike and AJ are very friendly, and professional. The service is quick. They make sure I know how to operate the app and ensure all parts are working properly before leaving. Highly recommend!

Garage door opener needed replaced. I made an appointment online, for today, and AJ showed up at my scheduled time. AJ was very professional and knowledgeable. AJ got the garage door opener installed and made sure everything was working properly. I would recommend and will call them again.
