Precision Garage Door Service Of Waterloo

My garage door had been acting up for at least a year. It was noisy and would often bounce back open when I tried to close it. The technician was very knowledgeable and did repairs quickly It seemed a little expensive but I don’t know what to compare it to.

Very satisfied with the work. On time, explained all options.

Clayton from precision door did a great job installing my new garage door. He was pleasant, Knowledgeable and very efficient. And the door was $1000 less than another door company quoted me locally.

AJ was great. He came out on the holiday, called and gave me an arrival time and was very knowledgeable. He gave me three different quote options and wasn’t pushy. Answered all my questions. Finished the job faster than he estimated and everything works great now. One door needed new springs and I had general maintenance done on both doors. Highly recommend this company!

I wanted to let you know how happy I was with your service. From the beginning of scheduling the appointment, the call from Clayton letting me know he was on his way, all the way to the end of the job. Clayton gave me multiple options of how to proceed with fixing the cable on my broken door. Explained in detail what the options were so I understood. Once I decided which route to go he had to go get the supplies. He was back and started working right away. Once he completed them, he explained what he did and how they worked so much better than what I had. Very happy with this experience and Clayton was great. Will definitely recommend to everyone!
