Great Service! Jared was on time and had our door back up and going and improved within an hour of the scheduled service. Very affordable! Would highly recommend to anyone in a jam with their garage door.
Jerron completed the initial inspection and identified issues we were not aware of. (in addition to the broken cables) He did an excellent job of explaining why we needed to replace the parts that he identified as a safety concerns. All the parts were replaced in a timely manner and Jerron cleaned up everything before he left. Jerron was pleasant to talk to and was very respectful when discussing the issues with the door.
Great experience all around! We loved the ease of making the appointment online and Jarron contacting us when he was on the way. We discussed our needs with him and he quickly provided us two estimates/routes of repair (with zero pressure). He was courteous, thorough and obviously knows his stuff! He was finished in no time and brought us out to review what all he had done (including photos). We will not hesitate to contact Precision in the future for any garage door needs.
