I had watched a few commercials and had seen their trucks around and thought I would give them a try. My call was returned in less than an hour after I left a message, and they scheduled me in for the next morning. I received a text, that morning, that the technician was on his way along with all his information, a picture of him and a brief history. Javon was my technician, and he was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, patience and explained all that Precision had to offer. I was quoted the price it would cost, how long it would take for the job to be completed and everything that would be done. You can't find a better professional company than Precision and Javon is a remarkable, outstanding and a very hardworking young technician. My work was performed back in early January 2024, and I can tell you I'm still extremely pleased with my new door and my decision to go with Precision. What an amazing team!
