So far my experience has been excellent service and communication. The calls to keep us updated on the status of the service was excellent and appreciated. The Rep (Raynell) not sure if that is his name…..that handled my service at 5640 Red Maple Drive……was very professional, attentive, courteous and aimed to please with his services . I called yesterday to get a quote for my garage door. I had Jacob and Matt come to my house the next day expecting to get a quote and much to my surprise they quoted me a fair price and was able to do the repairs within a few hours, I was impressed with their knowledge and workmanship they worked well together. and went above the call of duty to program my 2 vehicles and installed my app on my phone not many service people would take the time to do that, I am thankful for their care to detail I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to any of family or friends, Great pair of young Men.

From starting at the measurements to complete install I was kept up to date on what I was buying when the doors would be in and a call or email every week to keep me updated. The door’s actually came in a week earlier then expected. They installers were friendly and informed me of total operation. Whalen they left my garage was left just like it was when they got here A++. Good job

The technician (David) arrived 40 minutes early (a good thing). He openly heard all my concerns. David performed an in-depth assessment of my garage door/opener system and concluded that the springs needed additional tensioning. After adjusting the springs, he reset the up/down travel and verified the complete system was functioning properly, along with addressing all my other concerns. David is very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, meticulous, and friendly. He was very deliberate in his layman style explanations, making sure he was clear, and that I fully understood. David respected me and my property and truly valued me as a customer.

Took a little longer than we originally expected to get all components so doors, motors and tracks could be installed but they did everything possible to move us up by a week. We were very pleased with the two installers because they were so professional but also extremely friendly and polite. The doors are fabulous and the motors are so very quiet and smooth!!!
