We just had a new garage door installed by Precision and the service was excellent from start to finish!! Our installer, Thomas, was a true professional. He arrived on time, worked diligently, and explained the differences between our old door and the new one. Thomas did an outstanding job cleaning up afterward. The new door looks amazing and works perfectly. We are so pleased with the result and the fantastic customer service. Give them a call if you need a new door!

From consultation to installation, the people from Precision were great. After they left, my wife found a small dent in one of the panels. We called Precision on a Friday to let them know…they were out the next business day and replaced the panel. I own a retail store, and my belief has always been that customers service is everything. They handled the problem the same way that I would have. I can’t ask for better than that!
