This was our second time using Precision, both experiences have been very positive. Recently we had an appointment with Chris who came, conducted a thorough inspection, identified the issue, and proposed a few options. I will mention, that this is, in part a sales call. Upgrades were highly recommended. However, Chris listened to me, heard I wasn’t looking for the Taj Mahal of garage lifts and maintained focus on my need. He fairly priced the service, reviewed the contract with me, and that price never changed (ie. They didn’t start the work and find “one more thing”.) Our technician, George, was there immediately. George was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was a Friday and he had a lot of work to get done. I appreciate how he took his time to do the job right, explained the new motor/systems to us, programmed everything, and took the time to answer questions. I found Precision to be very flexible to work with, pricing was clear and the service was completed with high professionalism. I like that Precision values customer service and satisfaction. Those companies are the ones I’m most likely to work with again in the future.

Techs did an AMAZING JOB. Very accurate and knowledgeable. Called when they were on the way. Very friendly. 5 stars for sure

Outstanding Work

Was overall happy with experience and technician. Offered 3 repair options of which I choose thw basic option. Upon completion the tech provided much appreciated maintenance guidance. Given the age of the mechanics, I had then replace cabling and cams(?) in addition to replacing the broken spring.
