My husband called Precision because one of our garage doors would not open. Chris called about 30 minutes before letting me know he was on his way. He even offered to bring me coffee. Once there he explain what the problem was and gave us a solution. Chris installed brand new garage doors openers on both of our garage doors. After the install we had a few concerns and Chris came back the next day and took care of them. I would call Precision again and ask for Chris. He did an excellent job.
