Review:

Last week our garage door suddenly snapped and slammed down. I contacted Precision Garage Door and not only did I get a live person answer the phone, they had a technician available to come out same day. I received a text from Precision letting me know the technician was on his way and they also included a photo. Two minutes after I received the text I got a call from the technician letting us know his arrival time. Paul showed up 20 minutes before our scheduled appointment which was amazing as we had a jam packed day. He explained all our options and helped us choose the best one for us. He answered all questions we had, made sure all our garage clickers worked and even took the extra step and cleaned out the light on our garage opener. We highly recommend using Precision for your garage door services. THANK YOU!!
