    I've had good experience with this company, but the last technician ruined it for me. I won't be using their service anymore.. their technician showed up and was adamant on selling me a new garage door, after he failed to sell me one he was adamant about selling me a new garage opener.. I told him I bought a Chamberlain garage opener and it's sitting by the corner how much would it cost for him to install that? He said we don't install Store-Bought garage opener and for me to hire a handyman to do that .. I order a garage tune-up he showed up without lubricant, he saw my WD-40 and asked if he could use it and I said go for it.. He used it on the garage and use his foot to kick my garage sensors around charge me $155 and left... The last technician brought lubricant lubed my entire garage door down did a full safety inspection adjusted my sensors recalibrated my garage opener. He spent a little over an hour.. I was very pleased. But this new technician just ruined it for me.

    Had new springs installed. Communication was great - I was given a heads up when the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly installed the springs. He did have a little trouble getting my 'old' opener to work correctly, but now my door works better than ever! It's only been one day, but so far the workmanship appears to be excellent. My only complaint was the cost, which I thought was exorbitant. I don't know for sure if the cost is comparable with other companies, I didn't have time to shop around. I did call one other company, but the woman who answered the phone could barely speak English so I hung up on her - Buy American! Overall Precision did a great job!
