My garage door decided to quit working on me 7 months ago. In my effort to try and figure it out myself, I only made it worse (go figure)! When I realized the problem was beyond my capabilities to fix, I called Precision to come help! They came out, tech was amazing. He was kind, friendly, and able to explain the problem in ways I could understand! I spent a lot of money to fix the problem! However, 7 months later he was back at my house with a door that, again, did not work! This time I did NOT touch anything other then the manual opener to make to door go up and down. Long story not so short, he had to come back. He was again kind, friendly, and informative (even though I probably came off a little frustrated with him) My only wish is he would have noticed the problem before he had to come back out again, and force me to leave my garage open to the public for 2 days (due to my personal schedule, not his schedule)! AMAZING company, will recommend 10/10…. But if futures issues could be considered on initial meeting could have saved everyone time!
