My old garage door motor and gears failed after 35 years called Precision 10 minutes before their closing time, and Gregg came out 8 am the following morning. At 10:30 the work is done. The garage opener meets the code and the operation is really quiet. Gregg was very personable, competent and explained everything. I am very pleased with the work he did, the quick response I got from the company and high quality parts they carry (life time warranties on most things) and if I need someone to come out again, there is no service charge.

The Precision Door employees that replaced our door had amazing teamwok. They moved all the new, 16 x 8, insulated door panels and parts and pieces inside and went to work taking down the old, heavy, unisulated door, rails and motor. It was a precise and well organized process. The installers also took time to explain all the features of the new door. Now the door is so quiet that my wife doesn't hear me come home! I had been putting off getting a new door due to cost but their price was very reasonable. My brother has been having problems with his garage door and after seeing mine wilI be contacting Precision for a estimate on his. I highly recommend this company.

Our garage door opener, springs & cables broke at 4pm on Tuesday & we have a new opener & rebuilt door at noon on Wednesday. We are amazed at how good & fast Brian was in the repairs. This is truly outstanding service & quality workmanship.
