Project; replace existing garage door. Chris (salesman) and Don (installer) we're both professional, competent and easy to work with . Chris was the only salesman to recommend and explain an $$ upgrade to a low clearance track system in my situation. So even though that meant more money I went with his bid. He was also responsive and helpful on a few follow-up calls while I was deciding. Don clearly takes pride in his workmanship. I had also read numerous online reviews that very positive. I called today 11/09/22 and the technician was here in less than an hour. The technician explained why the current garage door opener will not work a 2006 model. He showed me a photo of the problem and the cost. The technician said it would take an hour to install and he helped me set the code on the door opener. I used the remote and the unit is so smooth you hardly hear it moving. I am so appreciative of how quickly the issue was resolved. I have a sticker outside my door so you will be the first and only company I will call if I have further problems.

This is the second time I have had Precision come out. The first time required a change in the openers setting and lubrication. The second time was not related to the first issue. After 26 years or so the opener need a sprocket replacement. Very satisfied with the work done by the two tech people. Both were very knowledgable and answered my questions. Highly recommend this company if you have a garage door problem

Chose Precision because I had used them previously and had a good experience. This time, Precision didn't meet my expectations. I rate the service as a 2. The problem was intermittent (opener would not work occasionally), but enough to have the issue looked at. I was expecting the opener could be fixed. However, the service technician couldn't determine the issue even after I explained it thoroughly. This was frustrating and resulted in my purchase of a new opener. Adding to this frustration was the fact that the technician thought my keyless entry pad would be compatible as it was also for a Liftmaster. However, he couldn't get the keyless entry pad to work and said I'd have to purchase one of these as well. So I then had to spend another $30 for a new keyless entry. To top it off, there were nuts and bolts left on my garage floor and driveway. I had to pick these up to avoid a flat tire on my vehicles. Not the best of service.

Very impressed! Three hours after we called in our problem on a Saturday, the serviceman was out assessing the garage door. Given a 12-2 time frame, he arrived promptly at 12 noon. After discussing the problem and making recommendations and giving an estimate, he was at work. In an hour the job was done.
