Service technician, Chuck, was outstanding ! Installation was completed quickly, he patiently covered the new opener's features and functions and cleaned up the job site. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door service.
My overall experience was great, from the initial meeting with Chris Sleeper to the installation of the new garage doors with Justin and Mark. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. More importantly, the employees really like the company they work for. I think that says a lot about Precision Garage Doors. The communication throughout the process was also great! I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Door Service for any and all garage door needs.
The customer service I received from Precision was excellent! They explained everything to me with the estimates in repairing the damage on my hardware. I requested and estimate on a brand new door and realized a new door was my better option.
