Our service technician, Jim Nagaard, provided exceptional and prompt service for us, repairing damage to our garage door on a Saturday morning. He carefully and thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired and at the same time showed me what he was referencing. When he found that the door needed more work than he originally noticed, he immediately showed us and waited for our approval to go ahead with the additional work.
