They come quickly--very important when you can't get your garage door down. Their tech, Christopher Brown was fast, competant, and amiable. Got it fixed in record time, $150 is resonable considering this was a weekend and I only called on Friday--yay!

Awesome service. Technician called right at the beginning of the time window given; was prompt, courteous, and professional. Isaiah Sellers was our technician. He called, arrived right on time, went over the issue with him, and he got right to work. Resolved our issue very quickly and even fine tuned our door for us. Can't say enough on how this is a dependable, professional company from our experience and if we have any issues in the future we will be using Precision again.
