Called for service and was given appointment for the next day between 10am and 12pm. Richard, the service technician arrived on time and gave me a complete review of my problem and gave me an estimate of the cost to repair or replace the unit. He was very informative and presented all the alternative costs. I decided to replace the opener. Project was completed within an hour. Excellent service and will recommend your company.

They come quickly--very important when you can't get your garage door down. Their tech, Christopher Brown was fast, competant, and amiable. Got it fixed in record time, $150 is resonable considering this was a weekend and I only called on Friday--yay!

Awesome service. Technician called right at the beginning of the time window given; was prompt, courteous, and professional. Isaiah Sellers was our technician. He called, arrived right on time, went over the issue with him, and he got right to work. Resolved our issue very quickly and even fine tuned our door for us. Can't say enough on how this is a dependable, professional company from our experience and if we have any issues in the future we will be using Precision again.
