The morning I scheduled wound up being foul weather with hail and downpour. Aaron Espy called and said he'd be there at 10am as scheduled, and he rolled up on time, despite the weather. He promptly evaluated the problem, explained what needed done, gave a price, and got to work. It was fixed and all good within an hour. Aaron was friendly, polite, and personable.
