A spring broke on my garage door and I called several companies and they could no get to it for two or three days. I called precision and they said they could do it this afternoon. I said OK and they fixed it in around 30 minutes. They were a little expensive , but they got it done.

I recently had two garage doors up and quit on me. One on the house and one big overhead door, so I called Precision to ask if a technician come help me. Phil Holman came out and had the one on the house fixed & working great in no time. The shop door was a bit more involved, as it needed parts that were no longer being made. Phil did some research and calling to see what he could get for me, as soon as he could, & he gave me my options & pricing. I elected to update my opener and we set a day & time for the installation. Phil called me a day earlier than I anticipated and came out promptly to install it. He was so efficient and courteous. I love my new garage opener! It is so quiet compared to the old one and the door seems to move so much more freely. Thank you Phil and Precision will be the first place I call for any future garage door needs.
