First time using Precision Garage Door. My door broke on a weekend and one of the reasons I chose them, in addition to stellar reviews, was their online scheduler, which let me go ahead to pick a convenient time for the work to be done. The morning I scheduled wound up being foul weather with hail and downpour. Aaron Espy called and said he'd be there at 10am as scheduled, and he rolled up on time, despite the weather. He promptly evaluated the problem, explained what needed done, gave a price, and got to work. It was fixed and all good within an hour. Aaron was friendly, polite, and personable. Would gladly use Precision again.
