I made an appointment for garage door service via Precision's web site. The process was quick and easy. The service technician, Dejuan Harris, arrived on time following a text message stating he was on his way. Dejuan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dejuan did an excellent job of communicating the process he would follow to evaluate and resolve my garage door issue. Dejuan presented his findings after inspection, provided recommendations for repairing the issues found, and answered all of my questions. Dejuan performed the needed repairs in timely and efficient manner. The service provided was exemplary and I highly recommend Dejuan and Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Had an awesome experience with Precision Garage Door, from start to finish! Super fast and easy online appointment scheduler - booking was a breeze! Once our tech was dispatched, I got a text to let us know they were on the way. And they send you some cool info about the tech along with their picture, so you know exactly who to expect at your door. They sent Glen out to help us with a door that had been giving us trouble for a while. Glen arrived on time within the 2 hour window I scheduled for (even after a long drive to get to us!). Complete ripoff. I blindly trusted the company and went ahead with the repair. They charged me 824$ for replacing 2 springs which is ridiculous. I also blame myself for not doing enough research beforehand but both my cars were stuck in the garage I did not have much choice. All I can say is that I believe in KARMA and at the end it will take care of everything.

A torsion spring broke on our double car garage door and I phoned Precision. The tech phoned before his appointed arrival time and was very courteous. He explained what needed to be done and offered several options. Although he completed the work very professionally I was surprised that the replacement of two springs and a center bearing was so costly. I was expecting the repair would to be in the $500 to $600 price range. I was charged $820.00 for the service. Precision is very expensive and exorbitant with their pricing structure.
