Precision Garage Door Service scheduled their technician Jon W. to come out and inspect my 3 garage doors as one of the doors was making noise when going back down from open position. I was recommended to your company by my neighbor friend and I’m so glad I contacted your Company. Tommy was our technician assigned to our home. Our large 30 year old six hundred pound double wood garage door was stuck closed because of a broken line. Tommy was great, he took his time to look over and inspect our situation and gave me four options on how to handle our garage door system. Our parts cables, hardware plus more were old, worn out and in need of replacement. Our old opener was a commercial unit and would have worked but I opted to go with a brand new Lift Master with a ten year warranty. I’m so glad we did business with your Company. I can’t believe how our huge heavy double door now goes up in down slowly and quietly. I almost forgot because of the scope of this job Tommy called on another technician named Lou I hope I have his name right. They completed this big job in one day. Five Stars. Our technician, Brian, was awesome. He kept us informed as to precise arrival time, the "fixes" he'd try and then the remedy if the "fix" didn't work. We had a VERY old unit and it actually needed to be replaced and Brian was upfront about the costs. Precision also shared information on our technician who would be servicing us so we were EXTREMELY comfortable with Brian before he even arrived. I've used Precision before and we'll definitely use them, if needed, again. We are happy with our new opener, the belt drives, the key pad, remotes and App use.

We recently had an issue with one of our garage doors closing. I called the company and they were able to schedule me the next day at a very convenient time. Matthew Dewald was the technician who came to service our garage doors. He was so nice, friendly and professional. Since my warranty was still in effect he explained all the options available and the pricing so I could make an informed decision on how he should proceed. He checked the sensors and realigned them. He also checked the tracks and springs and lubricated them. Matthew answered all questions and gave me some very useful advice. I really appreciated all the time and consideration he spent with me.
