Best garage door installation company in town! We were able to get scheduled for the initial assessment and door installation all basically within the same week! The team was incredibly efficient and professional. They really got it done fast and cleaned up after themselves very nicely. The doors look great!!

Matt was terrific to work with. He went out of his way to explain what all the best options were, and once the decision was made, the installation was quick and easy. Would highly recommend to others looking to replace their garage door motors.

Technician (James) called ahead to confirm appointment window, was on time, pleasant and courteous and took care of the issue. He offered several alternatives for resolving the immediate problem, as well as assessing likelihood of further issues and offering solutions at different price points. He had on his truck what was needed to handle any aspects of those solutions, short of ordering a new door (which would have involved the HOA :p ). He explained what he was doing, answered all the questions, and respected my dogs. Certainly recommend.

Gotta add another review on Precision 11/4/25 Every time I've had a garage door issue, precision has come to the rescue. Garage door needs are pretty immediate and once again, they responded promptly. I can't say enough about the technician they sent. James McGee had been here before for another issue and his honesty and integrity impressed me then as it did again this time. James explained my options and made the decision on how to address the issue much easier because of the trust I had in him. In this day, it's a breath of fresh air when you can find confidence and trust in those who are there to handle your needs. Precision, garage door, James McGee - hats off to you both. Ten minutes prior to my appointment window, I received a text from the service tech saying he would be there on time. The text was more than that. It included a brief personal bio and a photo. I thought that was a great idea! Lorenzo Herrera showed up and promptly did the work. He had come out before and it was a pleasure talking with him. Not only was he professional and efficient, he was very friendly in our conversation. I don't often meet people of his genuine nature, so I consider it a blessing when I do.
