I contacted Precision Garage Doors because of their 5 star ratings. When I called them it was after hours and I could not get my garage door to close. I was told they worked after hours and someone would be by to take care of it. Matt was the technician who came by. He trouble shot my entire system then gave me the news. He needed to install a new motor, changed the rollers and the springs, cleaned up everything and he did the work in about an hour. Before Matt did the work, my garage door sounded like it was going to die on me at any moment. Now the garage door closes very quietly and it no longer sound like it is going to fall apart.
