We had a problem with our garage door. They got someone out quickly (and a convenient time)(and he showed up when he said he would!!!!! 10 stars for that alone) James came, texted & called to let me know he was on the way, was very professional & nice. I feel like he did a great job, knew what he was doing, just made the difficult process easy! We’ve called precision before, and we’ll call them again!
Tony is amazing! My garage door would not close all the way. It would close 1/4 of the way then go back up. I would get a message on the garage key pad saying temporarily cannot close (or something to that affect). Tony came back and fixed the issue by rewiring the garage door sensors. It worked! My door is perfect now! THANKS TONY!!
