We had an issue with our garage door opener which was installed about a month ago. After I called the company to set up an appt, Matt Lawrence was here bright and early the next morning. He took care of the issue within 5 minutes (a broken bolt), looked over everything again and tested the door opener several times to make sure everything was working fine. Very pleased with Matt and his service. Highly recommend this company as well as Matt! He's a delight!

Had an issue with rubber seal at bottom of door and called for replacement. My service technician, Matthew Lawrence, couldn’t have been any more efficient. He was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and professional. As a new homeowner I am not well versed in the world of garage doors but he assured me I had a good door and motor. My garage door had come off the track during the recent cold spell. I am a senior and there was no way I could fix this. I had called another company but after 2 hours they had not called me back so I called Precision. They responded promptly, sending someone within 2 hours to fix it for me. Luke was courteous, efficient and caring. He told me what was needed to fix the immediate problem and the cost. He also told me what could be done in the future as my system is over 30 years old. He put the door back on track and greased all the wheels and axles so it would run smoothly. He called ahead, arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem quickly. I cannot praise Luke enough for the job he did.
