Called Precision Garage Door because the company that installed the door in 2021 was no longer in business. Got appointment next day Bruce was our technician. He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. The opener wasn’t working correctly and he got it working within 15 min like it was suppose to. He found a few more issues and had all the parts on hand to fix it correctly. So we went ahead and had it done. Bruce wasn’t happy with a squeaky noise that was still present. Called his boss and said he would be out the the next day to hopefully figure it out. He came back and fixed the problem. I notice more light coming from under the right side of the door than normal. Wife called them and they set it up to come out on Friday (today Jan 2nd). Miller was out technician this time. He figured out the problem and fixed the issue. Again he was another knowledgeable tech. Both techs did great job and were knowledgeable and were very honest (this is something that is hard to find in any company these day)!! I would Definitely recommend this company to family, friends and anyone looking to get repairs or a new door installed. I will use them for all my garage door maintenance in the future. Wayne

The technician that came out was Bruce Bohren. He arrived on time and was very professional, honest and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done to repair my garage door. He showed me the options I had with several prices instead of just saying this is what it’s going to cost for me to fix it. He let me choose the price that I felt comfortable paying. I highly recommend Bruce. I’m sure he’s a great asset to Precision Garage Doors of Fayetteville.

Bruce did a great job reviewing the problem, summarizing the different options, and performing the repair. We had a keypad which had gone bad and the swap out with a new one went without a hitch. They continue to provide excellent, timely service and I will call them again when our garage door openers need work.
