The tech, Nathan, was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem with my garage door and repaired it in a short amount of time. He went over the work he completed to fix the problem and suggested a possible future upgrade that was reasonable.

Had the misfortune of having my spring break on my garage, called precision on April 26, had an appointment set for today which was April 27, they gave me a four hour window, Teddy my technician was very prompt called before my time window to let me know he was on the way, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, very professional, let me ahead of time the cost breakdown, and taught me some know how, i had to have both springs replaced, and he definitely had a turn to attitude, I will definitely recommend precision to anyone, I know whose I need if there services, definitely would use them again, 10/10
