We reached out to Precision to get an estimate for a new garage door opener. It was very easy to book an appointment. We appreciated the company sending us a nice introduction of the person that would be coming to our home. Mike was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and we felt completely honest. He was able to install same day and assisted us with the operation of the outside key pad, indoor control pad, the app, and home link for two vehicles. He completed the installation in an efficient period of time. We are very satisfied and highly recommend.

Had the misfortune of having my spring break on my garage, called precision on April 26, had an appointment set for today which was April 27, they gave me a four hour window, Teddy my technician was very prompt called before my time window to let me know he was on the way, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, very professional, let me ahead of time the cost breakdown, and taught me some know how, i had to have both springs replaced, and he definitely had a turn to attitude, I will definitely recommend precision to anyone, I know whose I need if there services, definitely would use them again, 10/10
