Drew, the technician, called before my appointment to let me know he was in route which was greatly appreciated. He diagnosed the issue, gave me four options for repair, explained the warranty and maintenance in about 15 minutes. Once I agreed to the repairs, he had me up and running within and hour and a half. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend Precision Garage Door over and over again.

Miler was my tech. Very responsible, knowledgeable and even gave great communication, and came earlier than the appointment time with permission of course! He answered all questions and solved every problem. We are thrilled about our new equipment we are using with garage door openers. He even paired our cars to open and close the garage doors! We are beyond thrilled. Thank you to Miller for the kind respectful, and professional way enough made us feel. Great job! He is an asset to your team!

Service tech named Teddy was very good at his job. He explained everything before starting the job. Very polite and professional. Couldn’t ask for better service. They are pricey but cheap isn’t usually seldom great and great is seldom cheap. So all and all I am very pleased with the company. I would recommend to everyone and I would certainly recommend the technician Teddy. He is what made the experience worth what I spent.
