Precision is a great company! I called them at 8am, by 12pm they scheduled my service, and assigned a technician. The technician arrived at noon fixed my issue and was gone by 1:30pm! They also send you a text message with a brief bio of the tech as well as a photo of them so you know who should be at your home before they arrive. I couldn’t be happier with the process, and I’m also quite happy to have my garage door functional again, thank you Precision!
