    Technician arrived at scheduled time, and after confirming homeowner's name, inquired about problem(s) experienced by owner. Technician verified homeowners identified problems, and explained solutions he would employ to rectify problems. Technician employed solutions, resolved all problems, and asked homeowner to test garage door and all associated remotes to assure that all identified problems had been resolved. After homeowner voiced satisfaction with technician's work, technician determined and presented homeowner with written payment amount. Homeowner then presented payment to technician, and technician informed homeowner would receive payment receipt via email. Technician advised homeowner to contact company with any further problems or questions which may arise. Homeowner thanked technician for a job well done!
