    Installers Camden and Mitchell were great. A miscalculation on the springs requires meant an extra visit, but not a significant delay. They always arrived when, or before, scheduled and were very knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is the cost, seems very high for the amount of work and parts, but no surprises. I agreed to the quoted amount before work began and opted for the more thorough package that includes a lifetime warranty.

    I called and spoke to Danielle this morning to request repair service on our garage door. She was very professional and scheduled an appointment for today between 12 pm - 2 pm. I received a call from Ty Levesque the service technician at 11:00 am advising that he was ahead of schedule. I also received a text with Ty's picture advising that he was on the way. He arrived and diagnosed my garage door issue about 11:30 am. Ty was very knowledgeable and professional during the diagnostic phase. After completing the estimate, He offered a temporary solution to allow us to operate our garage door until the new parts could be delivered. Ty collected the deposit for the upcoming repairs and left me with his business card. My wife & I are local business owners.
