Aiden and Mike were personable, professional and completed the service so quickly! Precision made for an easy garage door opener experience...I called on a Sunday afternoon and service was scheduled for midday Monday. I woke to an email advising me of my repair mans name and picture..nice touch! Aiden called mid-morning to say he could arrive early if that worked for me (yippee). The guys quickly sized up my issue (25 year old garage door open died), listened to my needs and made recommendations. Before I knew it the new opener was installed and they were on their way. Usually I will talk to more than one company but after we had the manager, Glenn, tell us our options I knew this company would live up to their reputation. Glenn was patient and easy going.
