We recently renovated the house I grew up in. We did the interior last summer and the exterior this year. The last big ticket item were new garage doors to go along with the newly poured concrete driveway. I called 3 local companies to get quotes. One company didn’t return my call in a timely fashion. The next company was a lower bid, but they weren’t going to add framing which brings the new doors up to code. So we went with the first company I called anyways - Precision Garage Doors. Their representative came over that very afternoon! Their quote was reasonable, as they were basically tearing everything that was there out and replacing with new materials: new motors, remotes, tracks, and doors. We put a deposit down and the materials were ordered. We were told 6 to 8 weeks, but they called to say everything was in right at 6 weeks. They called to set up an appointment at my convenience. On the morning of the install, I received a text with the name of the installer and the time he would get there. Bobby was easy to work with. He and his helper explained the process and gave me a time frame. After that, I got out of their way. 4 short hours later, we had two brand new garage doors that were expertly installed. Bobby took the time to walk me through the operation of the doors. It was easy to understand. He even preprogrammed the two remotes. The last thing he did was help me set the code for the outdoor key pad. All in all, from start to finish, I was very pleased with those folks I dealt with at Precision Doors.
