Our automatic garage door would not open or close. The rollers were off track and the many of the brackets were either cracked or broken. Cody with Precision Door met us promptly at the appointed time, and after he carefully reviewed all the issues with the door and the tracks, he explained the necessary repairs to remedy the issues. He carefully reviewed the options and the costs, then once we agreed, he went right to work. Our home is only four years old; however, the builder did not make the effort to be sure that the garage door was properly installed and had the necessary hardware to function for the lifetime of our home. Cody was very knowledgeable, and when he completed his work, my garage door opened and closed so smoothly that it was barely audible. What an improvement.

Having recently experienced a significant issue with out over-head garage door, I was quick to call Precision Door. We had a previous positive experience with this company and didn't hesitate to call them. Their response was immediate and their arrival was equally as prompt. I was greeted by Richard and Eric and found them both to be professional and courteous. A thorough account of what needed to be done and an estimate were given. While the cost was significant, the issues were also substantial finding the estimate to be appropriate. Repairs were done in a very timely manner and clean-up was also done. My experience with Precision Door, Richard and Eric is deserving of a 5-star rating.

I was very aware that a service call fee would be charged but unaware that Precision could not repair all makes because they cannot get parts for my particular brand of opener. The service man was very nice and tried to help and answer questions but was unable to do anything but look at it and put it back together. I had discussed the brand of opener with the scheduler indicating they could fix it.
