I have had my door since new going on 8 years and with it being my main way into the house including the rest of the family it has seen a lot of use. With the cheaper materials installed when new I found I was on borrowed time. John the technician informed me of better rollers and springs that they supply with a life time warranty. How can you beat that. My door is more quiet now as well. Thanks John

I called to have someone come look at my garage door. I'm giving your company one star for the fact that they came out in a timely manner. The gentleman that looked at the door said we needed a new door and everything that was included for a bill of over $1100. That being said we felt we needed a second opinion, during our second opinion, the door was diagnosed to only need a cable, some adjustments and lubrication. We've used your company in the past and we're very disappointed based on an inaccurate analysis and spent less then $150 instead of $1100 on our door.

Quick, efficient response time and service. Called after 10:00 pm on a Friday night and someone was able to come at 8:00 the next morning; work completed in about an hour. Door working better than before. I thought cost of parts was high, but have not taken the time to compare.
