My appointment was readily scheduled and service technician Geoff arrived precisely on time. He had also called earlier in the day and maintained great communication. Geoff explained our garage door problem in detail and provided several solutions. We chose to replace our garage door opener and Geoff did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our new opener and service.

I was charge for nothing the tech just look at the door and said that he can't fix the cable because they don't fix cable but he could change it over for 500.00 that's not what I was told on the phone by a rep we can fix anything I explain to him what was wrong with the door he said that is no problem we can fix it but I guess they forgot to tell the tech so (0) star for me

The trolley on our LIftMaster, chain drive, garage door opener system was worn out. The repair appointment was scheduled within a 2 hour window. The technician arrived in the early part of the appointment window and called in advance of arriving confirming the needed part was on the truck. The repair was performed efficiently and professionally in less than an hour and the technician answered some questions as he replaced the part. The technician's performance was definitely 5-star. The 4-star rating was because the service was a little pricey even with the AAA discount.
