CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND ATTENTIVE. THE SERVICE REPS WERE KIND, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INFORMATIVE. AFTER SERVICING MY GARAGE DOOR AND OPENER I WAS INFORMED THAT SOMETIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE I MAY NEED A NEW MOTOR AS A RESULT OF WEAR AND TEAR OVER TIME. THE COST OF THE SERVICE CALL WAS REASONABLE AND THE REPS HONEST. THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT IS RARE TO FIND AND NOW YOU KNOW WHY I ALWAYS UTILIZE PRECISION IN GREER. THANK YOU!

Outstanding response and thorough, professional service. Our garage door broke over the weekend. I called early Monday morning and they had repairman (David) here by Noon. David quickly identified the problem (a broken torsion spring), fixed the problem and did a thorough check of the door, which identified another 1 or 2 small problems. He corrected those problems without extra charge and now our door is working fine. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
