Geoff Gardner did an excellent job. Called first. Actually arrived early. Tested and immediately knew old Genie was terminated by an external power surge. Replaced with new Linear LD050 unit. Aligned, tested, and demonstrated the new unit. Cleaned up a few bits of wire trimmings and processed my payment. Sticker with new 877 # on the door. FIVE STARS all the way around for Geoff.

Used Precision Door previously after seeing an ad and were very pleased. Called for service on garage door opener, spoke with Lexi who was very pleasant and helpful. Scheduled an appointment for today between 8:00 and 10:00AM. Geoff called me before 8:00, said he was on his way and would be here in about 45 minutes. He was right on time, had the parts to repair the door opener, and was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend Precision Door for Garage Door installs repairs.

Excellent service! My garage door is old and very noisy. It shook and rattled when coming down and sometimes just popped back up. Geoff was my serviceman. He called 45 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the door and opener I currently had. There was no pressure to purchase a new opener. He was prepared to just fix the old one but I wanted a newer model with sensors. In the pouring rain he promptly replaced my old opener within just a few hours. He programmed my remotes and new key pad. He talked me through all the bells and whistles. Super nice! I wish all services were this easy.

I needed a major garage door repair. Precision was able to send someone out the next day. The serviceman called before coming and was right on time. He was extremely proficient and had things working in no time at all. I would give the experience 5 stars.

The belt drive on one of our doors broke. A technician came the next day and said he would have to order the part. Over the next four weeks, I called the office at least five times to check on the status. Each time, someone took the call and said they would have someone call me. In the third week I was told the part was in and I would receive a call about scheduling the technician out. Only after the fifth call and loud complaint did I get a positive answer and scheduled date to install the drive belt. It was installed today about 30 days after the initial visit. I will probably not use Precision again!!
