This was the fourth service call for my garage door opener. Visits have included general maintenance (key pad, etc.), track and pulley wire repair and replacement up to this last visit which included the installation of a new opener. I’ve had an excellent experience every time from working with the office to schedule the visit and with each technician that performed the work. Each one was professional, friendly and courteous. A firm price was given before the work was performed and the price each time seemed reasonable for the work. Highly recommend.

Senior Friendly Service starting with CHRIS at customer service, he did not interrupt, listened to my emergency problem, and quickly had a Service Engineer out to my property within a few hours. Chris is a true asset to to the company . Chris is a true professional, knows where to seek the answers, quickly remedies the situation with detail explanation and estimates of cost. Also would like to highly commend the Service Engineer, Brian B. who is also "Senior Friendly' answered all my questions, and made sure that every detail of my installation replacement of a Garage Door Opener was exactly everything to my expectations. Brian B introduced me to the "Battery Backup" Garage Door Opener and even explained the convenience of having a Belt driver versus a chain track . Now when I lose electrical power from a storm, a major power I no longer have to struggle reaching up, and pulling down my garage door, or nor do I have to ask strangers or neighbors to to disengage my garage door to open when I have a power loss. I am a almost 80 Senior Citizen, and rely on this large door to open or to lock when the power goes out. It is people like Brian B the Garage Door Service Engineer, and the customer service agent like Chris that make all garage door service a more positive one, and more important a Senior Friendly one both in price and service for people like me.
