Great experience with Anthony Parson. I called for a quote on a repair or replacement on Sunday evening and Anthony was at my house at 9am the next day. He went over all the issues with my wife and was able to fix the garage door instead of total replacement. He was not overly pushy but gently encouraged total replacement. Unfortunately we could not move forward at this time however I will be calling back for total replacement. Defiantly a company I will recommend to friends, family, and my customers as well.

My garage door springs broke. The door could not be opened. I called another garage door service. I had to wait 5 days for a service. At 5pm on the day of service, the other company called and said it would be another four days before they could come out. I called Precision at 6pm and they were here by 8am the next morning. The technician, Tony, was pleasant and professional. The repair was completed with an hour. The price was reasonable. I will use Precision for any future needs and highly recommend them!

My neighbor had a door installed by Precision Door, and I asked him for their number. Joe the man who came out to give me a quote was very professional, courteous and friendly. Also the technicians who came out did a wonderful job, and I couldn't be more pleased with my new garage door. My garage which was previously pitch black is now flooded with light from the garage windows. Also the insulated door has greatly decreased the summer heat in my garage. Thank you Precision Door!

Called office around 9- 9:30am . Service man was set up for between 11 and 1. Tyson showed up at my residence at about 11 - 11:30 . He was very courteous, went right to the problem ( spring) made the repair tested and adjusted the door. 45 min to an hour job complete. I would recommend Precision door to anyone

It was a Sunday evening when I discovered a broken spring on the overhead door of my garage. We called precision because they did an excellent job for us during the pandemic when the cable on our garage door broke. They were very helpful and prompt. This time we could not get the garage door to close manually or remotely. When we called, they told us what to do to close it. Next day they were on time for the appointment. Found that the only problem was an object was too close and the door would not shut. They moved the object and waived the service charge. We are so appreciative. Would highly recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors.

Just wow! I called in the morning with a problem with my garage door opener and they were able to fix it in the afternoon. They said they’d be here at 3pm and they were here at 3pm and fixed the problem like in 20 minutes. Very professional and efficient! Will call them for any future problems with my garage door!!

Adam & Nathan did a great job installing our new garage door & drive. We bought the Genie with the belt drive and WiFi and we love it. The door is very solid, especially compared to the previous non-insulated door, and quiet. Adam & Nathan did a great job cleaning up after as well. We probably didn't need the WiFi but it does add an extra layer of security in knowing if the garage is open or closed when away. Only snag we had was the doors are manufactured overseas and when it came in after 3 months there was a broken window so it ended up taking almost 6 months to finally get it in. It was frustrating! But now that it's in, we're very happy with the purchase. Precision Doors worked on our previous door and always does a thorough job.

Pretty much had new systems installed on two garage doors. The guys were polite, patient and helpful explaining anything I asked. They programmed everything. When sitting in car inside garage, I pushed the newly programmed button. At first, I didn't realize the door was going up because it was so quiet!
