I had a great experience with Precision. My garage door suddenly stopped working, and I was able to get an appointment the next morning. The tech was prompt, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. He quickly assessed the problem and made the repair. He didn’t try to convince me that my older door needed replacing. The price was much less than I expected, and I would recommend to anyone.

Our main garage door springs broke. Thomas came out and replaced the two broken springs. He also saw the belt was close to failing and with our permission replaced it. He checked the smaller door which is still in good working condition. He explained everything to us. Excellent service. We did pay $300 for emergency service which we wish we did not have to pay, but grateful for Sunday availability (Monday was Memorial Day) Very pleased. Will call them again.
